The machine has three roller, but the three roller is not symmetrical distributed, the upper roller is not in the middle above the two bottom rollers. The upper roller is main drive roller making rotary movement. The bottom roller makes vertical movements to tight the plate, the output gear of the bottom roller is connected with the up roller’s input gear. Another one side roller make declining vertical movement. This machine has a reliable divided mechanism structure to guarantee the synchronization of the three rollers when rolling at the same time. The bottom and the side roller’s vertical movement is controlled by lifting screw to achieve rolling different diameter. The machine has pre-bending and rolling two function, this is best suitable machine for all 6MM thickness less plate rolling, can reach the same function compared with W12 four roller rolling machine. It can be used for high-precision of filmy plate and has high working efficiency. |
